There are fashions and trends in the Harley scene, but sometimes, after time they pass and are forgotten. Club Style made its mark and stuck around and has established itself as a motorcycle culture in its own right. Even ‘’the MoCo’’ could no longer ignore this trend and presented a suitable model in the form of the Low Rider ST. Not a Club Style bike for real fans, of course - but a good basis. Rick's Motorcycles took on the Low Rider ST and transformed it into the Hellfire, a Club Style custom bike in its purest form. In doing so, Rick's was able to draw on a whole host of its own parts. Let's work our way through the Hellfire from front to back.
The most striking change is the front fairing. In the style of the 70s, the FXRD and FXRT, say a big hello. The very stylish, short front fender, made of 2.5 mm steel, is fitted to the front wheel. The Steve brake discs, in wave design with a diameter of 330mm, also come from Rick's, and the matching adapters for the original brake calipers are of course also available. An important feature of the Club Style is the high handlebars. Rick's also has the matching risers in its portfolio. Available in different heights. The special trick that the Ricks risers have is the concealed cable routing for a clean and invisible installation. In addition, the Performance 2 triple tree integrates the risers perfectly. The tiny but mercilessly bright Kellermann Atto indicators, which are integrated into the controls on the handlebars, are almost invisible. The Good Guys grip set and the adjustable Good Guys brake and clutch levers ensure a perfect grip. The Kickflip seat from LePera puts the rider in the optimum position. The high step provides excellent support for the rider, who virtually sits in the motorbike.
The look of the engine was not left untouched either. Rough Crafts contributed the rocker covers, Rick's with the Good Guys II air filter and Porthole clutch cover, which gives us a look inside the engine. The crash bars at the front and rear provide the necessary protection in the event of an accident.
As the sound is an essential part of the performance, we chose a 2-in-1 Project 21 system from Dr Jekill and Mr Hyde. Not only is the Jekill system fully compliant with European law, you also get a compliance certificate for the exhaust and air filter. Last, but not least, Rick's licence plate holder with adapter plate and 3-in-1 Kellermann Attos are mounted on the rear fender. The 465 series shock absorber from Progressive Suspension installed in the rear is hidden from view. Together with the Cruisetec tyres from Metzeler, performance on the road is guaranteed.
