FLHTCU Electra Glide Ultra Classic Pony Express

Ride it, Cowboy! Harley-Davidson „Big Bike“ for long-distance-touring – the 2016 FLHTCU „Electra Glide Ultra Classic“ – modified by Harley-Factory Frankfurt! The „mileeater“ chosen was the luxurious „Ultra Classic“, already equipped to the maximum of what is possible – and Harley’s top-tourer would be upgraded with a new, sophisticated look, not excluding bigger wheel sizes. Just available when the conception of the bike took place brand new Performance Machine 3.5 x 26’’ wheel named „Virtue“ became available – and was about to be Approval-homologated. Allowing a „Big Wheel“ conversion with fully functional „Advanced Braking System“ as Harley-Davidson has christened their own ABS. It did not appear on the paper, but by adding the wheel to the parts list, the not yet named „Pony Express“ became a test bike for wheel homologation tests with a click on the button.
